1. What are cookies

2. What cookies CrosContri uses

CrosContri uses a single cookie. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.

• Authentication cookie (refresh token) — keeps you signed in between visits so you do not have to log in every time. It is stored as an HttpOnly cookie, which means it cannot be read by JavaScript, protecting it from theft via cross-site scripting. It lasts 30 days and is deleted immediately when you sign out.

This cookie is strictly necessary: it is an authentication mechanism, not a tracking cookie, and the platform cannot keep you signed in without it.

3. What we do not use

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking cookies of any kind. Your search selections and signed-in session are held in your browser's memory for the duration of your visit only, and are not written to storage on your device.

4. How to control cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Each browser is different; look for a "Privacy" or "Cookies" section in your browser's settings menu.

Blocking or deleting the authentication cookie will sign you out and stop you staying signed in between visits. You will still be able to browse and search for flights, but you will need to sign in again to complete a booking.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
