1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and give us information about how the site is used.
2. Necessary cookies and storage
These are always on. They do not track you and the platform cannot work without them, so they do not need your consent.
• Sign-in cookie (refresh_token) — keeps you signed in between visits. It is an HttpOnly cookie, which means it cannot be read by JavaScript, protecting it from theft via cross-site scripting. It lasts 30 days and is deleted when you sign out.
• Session hint (cc_session) — records only that you are probably signed in, so the site can take you straight to your account pages. It contains no personal information. It lasts 30 days and is deleted when you sign out.
• Cookie choices (cc_consent) — remembers which optional cookies you allowed, so we do not ask on every page. It lasts 6 months, after which we ask again.
• Currency preference — remembers the display currency you chose. Stored in your browser until you clear it.
• Promotion notices — remembers that you closed a promotion so it does not reappear during the same visit. Cleared when you close the tab.
3. Optional cookies
These are off until you allow them in our cookie banner. You can allow either, both or neither.
• Analytics — Google Analytics (cookies named _ga and _ga_…). Counts visits and shows us which pages are used, so we can improve the site. Kept for up to 2 years.
• Marketing — Meta Pixel (cookies named _fbp and _fbc). Tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a visit or a booking. Kept for up to 3 months. When you complete a booking, a small note is also stored in your browser so the same booking is not reported twice.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use any other advertising or tracking service.
4. How to change your choices
Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to allow or withdraw analytics and marketing cookies at any time. When you withdraw consent, we delete those cookies from your browser.
You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Each browser is different; look for a "Privacy" or "Cookies" section in your browser's settings menu.
Blocking or deleting the sign-in cookie will sign you out and stop you staying signed in between visits. You will still be able to browse and search for flights, but you will need to sign in again to complete a booking.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
